It focuses on overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring high-quality, compliant execution of federal government prime contracting activities.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the contracting organization

• coach managers and develop high-potential staff
• establish performance metrics
• provide expertise on FAR/DFARS and complex negotiations
• lead process modernization and digital tool adoption.
