What you'll do

• Lead and train shipping employees
• ensure orders are processed accurately and without damage
• oversee picking, packing, and loading
• prepare bills of lading and shipping labels
• coordinate with team members and departments
• work with carriers and vendors to manage shipments and delays
• adjust workflow based on demand
• track warehouse KPIs
• assist with hiring
• maintain employee training and certifications
• create schedules
• process timecards and PTO requests
• coach staff and conduct performance evaluations.
