Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager

This position supports the Pure Magic operations team by managing the employee lifecycle and driving retention initiatives across assigned locations. This role exists to ensure optimal staffing levels and team performance by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development. The manager acts as a key partner to site leadership, surfacing concerns and implementing strategies to reduce turnover and improve overall operational health.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for hourly and site-leadership roles
• partner with General Managers on hiring
• build local sourcing pipelines
• conduct in-person interviews
• deliver onboarding and orientation
• coach site leaders on performance management
• conduct stay and exit interviews
• track recruiting and retention metrics
• support acquisitions and openings.
