The role partners across Sales, Brand, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Data, and develops team capabilities and scalable planning processes.

What you'll do

• Lead sales and demand plans and the planning calendar
• own monthly divisional sales forecast accuracy
• manage forecasting reviews and align forecasts with financial targets
• evaluate trade and promotional investment
• monitor customer inventory and develop dashboards
• coordinate with Supply Chain
• improve planning tools, processes, reporting, and KPIs
• provide leadership with insights and represent Sales Planning in business reviews.
