Implant Treatment Coordinator

The Implant Treatment Coordinator role is onsite full time in Nashua, NH, and offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus commission and incentive pay tied to individual and office performance. The coordinator supports NHOMS | MassOMS and its patient consultation process. The coordinator helps patients understand treatment options, costs, and financing so they can make informed decisions about surgery. By managing consultations and follow-up and coordinating with surgeons and clinical staff, the role supports a consistent patient experience and scheduled care.

What you'll do

• Lead patient consultations from discovery and education through financial presentation and surgery scheduling
• explain treatment plans and financing options
• manage lead pipelines and follow-up
• coordinate patient care with surgeons and clinical staff
• partner with the Operations Manager to monitor results and share practices
• follow the organization’s Standard Protocol
• maintain accurate consultation and follow-up records
• support consult-to-acceptance performance.
