The Electromagnetic Operations and Warfare Analyst role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with travel to meetings and conferences for up to 40 days per year. Compensation is $108,000–$110,000 per year. Ethic Tech, LLC supports development of NATO electromagnetic-operations and electromagnetic-warfare capabilities. The analyst develops and traces capability and interoperability requirements, reviews policy and doctrine, and helps synchronize capability-development activities. Coordination with program leadership, stakeholders, and NATO agencies supports program progress and captures lessons and best practices.
