What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations and help recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Monitor staffing and training compliance, uphold food quality, safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest-service standards, and use company systems while complying with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist with monitoring operational and financial performance.
