Caregiver Success Supervisor

The Caregiver Success Supervisor role is onsite in Campbell, CA, with compensation of $30–$34 per hour. The role supports Care Indeed’s caregiver workforce and works alongside client portfolio and clinical oversight teams. The supervisor owns the caregiver experience for approximately 100–125 caregivers, covering orientation, engagement, training, timekeeping, supervisory visits, and day-to-day support. Dedicated caregiver management helps care teams focus on client care and portfolio growth while supporting caregiver retention.

What you'll do

• Lead new-caregiver orientation
• manage caregiver communications and engagement initiatives
• administer ADP status and pay changes, timekeeping, and payroll discrepancy resolution
• coordinate training and track in-service hours and certification renewals
• manage return-to-work reintegration
• conduct field supervisory visits and document findings for quality assurance
• and provide daily caregiver support.
