What you'll do

• Answer calls and correspondence
• explain cooperative tariffs, policies, and procedures
• process new and existing accounts, payment arrangements, and claims
• maintain customer records
• support the Area Operations Manager
• handle payments and deposits
• compile timesheets and related documents
• create service orders and maintenance requests
• route billing concerns
• support dispatch calls and member meetings
• provide support to other offices as needed.
