Heavy Equipment Operator

Job overview

The Heavy Equipment Operator role is onsite in Yoder, WY, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. The position works in surface mining and aggregates for Dietzler Construction Corp; per diem may be offered as necessary. The operator safely and efficiently runs heavy equipment and completes inspections and basic maintenance. Reliable equipment operation supports site work and the movement of materials while meeting safety and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Operate wheel loaders, dozers, and scrapers
• adjust equipment operation to site conditions
• complete pre-shift inspections
• perform basic equipment maintenance such as cleaning tracks and filters, checking oil, and fueling
• work safely in designated zones
• travel as required
• collaborate and perform assigned work
• use hand and power tools.

Why this role
