The Install Technician / Junior Project Manager role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is listed at $27–$35 per hour. The role combines hands-on installation with coordination of smaller projects. It helps teams deliver complete AVL systems by organizing labor and materials, coordinating with clients and project partners, tracking costs and schedules, and leading installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Install equipment with technician teams
• prepare jobs in the warehouse
• coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and internal teams on smaller projects
• create project timelines
• schedule labor
• arrange rentals and transportation
• track project costs
• lead installers in installing, programming, commissioning, testing, setup, and troubleshooting AVL systems
• communicate project status.
