• Review plans and specifications and schedule construction methods

• work with owners, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers
• inspect work for quality and safety compliance
• monitor progress and costs and adjust schedules
• address public or customer concerns
• investigate and report accidents, delays, and site issues
• implement corrective actions
• prepare progress updates and management recommendations
• enforce safety and regulatory requirements.
