What you'll do

• Oversee daily Parts Department operations

• use GM RIM and other parts-management systems
• supervise, train, schedule, and motivate employees
• coordinate with Service, Body Shop, and Sales
• develop wholesale and retail parts business
• manage vendor and customer relationships
• monitor sales, gross profit, expenses, and performance indicators
• ensure accurate billing and warranty procedures
• resolve customer concerns
• maintain an organized department.
