What you'll do

• Assist the Community Relations Director with lead management and census growth
• qualify prospects and support tours and deposits
• handle inquiries and enter information into the sales and marketing database
• give tours and provide marketing information
• follow up with prospects and referral sources
• prepare sales reports
• process move-in information
• support residents and families during adjustment
• maintain Yardi CRM records
• assist with special events.

Why this role

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least two years of retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare sales and marketing experience preferred. Evening or weekend availability may be needed.
