The Storyteller — Eataly Boston role is onsite in Boston, MA. The hourly rate is $17–$18. Eataly is an Italian food and beverage marketplace where guests eat, shop, and learn about products; this role reports to the Events and Storytelling Manager. The Storyteller helps guests make informed shopping decisions by explaining products, offering recommendations, and presenting product tastings and demonstrations. The role also supports store events and guest services while building knowledge of Eataly’s products and food culture.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute product tastings and demonstrations
• set up and break down demo stations
• track products used during tastings
• engage guests and explain products and Eataly’s Eat.Shop.Learn philosophy
• recommend market items
• respond to product questions
• collaborate with vendors and teams during events
• participate in product training
• lead tours or assist with classes upon request
• support Front End and Grocery teams
• maintain cart availability
• open and close cash till and account for transactions.
