What you'll do

• Welcome guests and explain treatments
• perform manicures, pedicures, nail repairs, and other hand and foot treatments
• promote and sell spa products
• prepare and maintain treatment areas and inventory
• follow OSHA sterilization and guest privacy policies
• adhere to treatment protocols
• assist with service promotion and provide hotel information
• address guest concerns and support other departments as needed.
