What you'll do

• Provide person-centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans
• travel to WesleyLife communities based on staffing needs
• support teams during staff shortages, vacations, and higher-acuity situations
• comply with WesleyLife policies and state and federal care standards
• complete accurate and timely documentation
• collaborate professionally across care environments.
