What you'll do

• Supervise and support clients
• help maintain daily structure and participation in recovery activities
• monitor well-being and report concerns to clinical or medical staff
• conduct room and belongings checks
• perform and document drug screenings, vital signs, and substance-use screeners
• support medication administration using the Six Rights
• coordinate with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• maintain records and shift reports
• help arrange medical appointments
• mentor new staff
• and transport clients to appointments and recovery-related services. Medication Pass Certification is required within 60 days and CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Why this role
