What you'll do

• Manage center operations, including staff recruitment and development, policies and procedures, child safety, environmental health and hygiene, and state licensing
• ensure staff understand classroom objectives and expectations
• manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and communications
• enforce state regulations
• implement and complete staff training
• communicate with parents and guardians about their children.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, three or more years of school supervisory experience, Infant Toddler ECE units, and meeting state child care employment criteria.
