What you'll do

• Assist clients with nighttime routines and morning preparation
• help with repositioning, mobility, and transfers
• provide bathing, toileting, hygiene, and dressing assistance
• perform light housekeeping and maintain a calm overnight environment
• prepare or warm simple meals and snacks if needed
• provide medication reminders and safety monitoring
• record changes or concerns for the care team.

Why this role
