What you'll do

• Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, counsel, and other parties
• maintain calendars, hearings, deadlines, case files, and logistics
• e-file documents in state or federal court as needed
• organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
• coordinate with trial teams, experts, and vendors
• track case progress and client information
• draft basic pleadings under attorney supervision
• prepare discovery responses
• assist with mediation or trial preparation as needed.
