The HR & Payroll Specialist is a critical internal role responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources and payroll functions at Destructable. This role supports the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and benefits administration to payroll processing and compliance — and serves as the primary HR point of contact for field and office employees alike. The ideal candidate i
