Entry-Level Procurement Specialist

What you'll do

• Purchase routine materials, supplies, and services from approved suppliers
• obtain quotations and create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system
• coordinate order confirmations, shipments, and delivery schedules
• help resolve purchase, receiving, and invoice discrepancies
• maintain supplier records and procurement files
• prepare reports and spreadsheets
• analyze purchasing data
• and support procurement projects and process improvements.
