What you'll do

• Lead a team of up to 25 inbound sales agents
• monitor sales, conversion, revenue, quality, and productivity results
• provide real-time sales support, call reviews, coaching, development plans, and recognition
• oversee readiness, schedule adherence, attendance, timekeeping, payroll and PTO processes
• manage documentation, appraisals, corrective actions, and customer escalations
• support onboarding and sales-floor readiness
• ensure compliance with sales practices, call-handling requirements, policies, and technology processes
• partner with Training, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Leadership.
