Direct Support Professional (Residential) — Part-Time Evenings

The Direct Support Professional (Residential) role is onsite in Rochester, NY, with a part-time schedule of 24 hours per week, Monday and Friday–Sunday, 3 p.m.–9 p.m.; starting pay is $21.55 per hour. Lifetime Assistance’s Residential Services team supports independence, dignity, and respect for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• support independence, self-help, and social skills
• help ensure health and safety, including medication administration if certified
• implement and document individualized service plans
• encourage community participation
• drive agency vehicles as needed
• and communicate with individuals, families, and colleagues. First Aid/CPR, SCIP-R, and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained.
