What you'll do

• Develop and review site plans, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway access, paving, striping, and signage
• integrate fueling, car wash, and other site components
• review feasibility materials and identify risks
• provide technical input for permits and regulatory responses
• support construction field issues and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• conduct site visits
• ensure accessibility and applicable code compliance.
