What you'll do
- Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence.
- Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks timely.
- Address maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all apartments are move-in-ready within 3 days after move-out.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Work Schedule.
- Ensure OSHA compliance.
