AWS Front-End and Back-End Developer

The AWS Front-End and Back-End Developer role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $165,000–$190,000 per year. The role supports a federal customer’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The developer builds and maintains scalable, secure AWS applications across front-end and back-end components. The work supports federal customer needs through cloud architecture, application development, testing, deployment, and collaboration with stakeholders and other technical teams.

What you'll do

• Develop scalable AWS applications
• design responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• integrate front-end applications with back-end APIs
• build server-side logic using Python, Java, and Node.js
• develop RESTful APIs
• implement data management and security measures
• design cloud architecture for scalability, availability, and cost optimization
• support deployment, monitoring, logging, load balancing, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and Agile development.
