The Cook role is onsite in Fife, WA. The schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. Emish Market is a Ukrainian grocery store with a café, bakery, and meat department, serving fresh Ukrainian dishes, pastries, and specialty meats. The cook prepares hot menu items for café and deli service, maintaining food quality, freshness, sanitation, and timely service while coordinating with the kitchen team.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook hot food according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• operate grills, fryers, ovens, and flat tops
• stock cooking stations
• serve food promptly
• monitor quality and freshness
• maintain clean workstations and equipment
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• assist with prep, inventory rotation, and closing duties.
