• Partner with the TV Product Manager and team to identify research questions
• plan and conduct usability studies
• coordinate participants and sessions
• moderate user sessions
• analyze evidence
• communicate findings and recommendations
• maintain research documentation
• use additional methods when appropriate
• review AI-assisted tool output against underlying research.
