• draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and construction agreements
• advise project teams on contract issues and claims
• lead dispute resolution
• develop contract templates and legal policies
• support federal contracting and regulatory compliance
• supervise paralegals and manage outside counsel and legal budgets.
