Personal Care Attendant — Overnight, Beech Grove Area

The Personal Care Attendant is an onsite, part-time role serving clients in the Indianapolis area. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. Right at Home provides in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain in their homes. The attendant follows an established plan of care and supports clients' personal needs, comfort, and daily activities. Duties include personal care, mobility and meal assistance, engagement, nurse-taught client-specific activities, and homemaking tasks; schedules are flexible and the employer is hiring for all shifts.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and feeding
• engage clients in activities and conversation
• perform patient-specific activities taught by a nurse, including prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• prepare meals according to instructions
• perform homemaking tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, dishes, laundry, and changing linens
• communicate with office staff and follow company policies.
