What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients for the bakeshop team
• assemble bulk production items
• assist bakers with garnishing as needed
• maintain bakeshop cleanliness and workstation
• know dessert and pastry menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
• follow food handling safety standards
• organize side work according to shift demand
• attend to guest needs and follow hotel and departmental standards.
