What you'll do

• Support the General Manager in planning and directing daily operations
• serve as acting General Manager when the GM is away
• train team members and support managers and shift leaders
• organize shift schedules and assign duties
• conduct operations walks and quality checks
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking, safety, and sanitation procedures
• address guest concerns
• oversee cleanliness, opening and closing routines, paperwork, purchasing, inventory, and maintenance
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• support cost controls and team communication.
