What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and guide behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and clinical standards.
