What you'll do

• Support recruiting operations, recurring workflows, programs, and projects
• identify improvements to processes, tools, documentation, and ways of working
• coordinate project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• support applicant tracking system workflows, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and improvements. Maintain recruiting data, build dashboards and recurring reports, analyze trends and data issues, and support talent branding, recruiting events, and early-careers hiring programs.
