Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• greet customers and identify needed plumbing services
• gather customer and service information
• explain service options, policies, pricing, and appointment expectations
• schedule and dispatch service calls
• coordinate technician schedules and communicate arrival times or delays
• enter customer and job information
• maintain work orders and records
• process invoices and payments when needed
• relay job details to technicians
• support customer retention and follow-up.
