Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Farragut, TN, with compensation of $15–$16 per hour. The assistant supports the Lead Teacher with age-appropriate lessons, classroom management, child supervision, and a safe, stimulating environment. The role contributes to children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development and helps communicate with parents about progress and activities.

What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
• support children’s development
• prepare classroom materials and maintain safety and cleanliness
• supervise and provide individualized support
• communicate with parents about children’s progress and activities
• follow health and safety guidelines
• support routine child care tasks.
