What you'll do
- Respond to customer requests by phone, eFax, text, and email
- maintain account records in AMS360
- process home, auto, life, and umbrella applications
- assess risks and prepare quotes
- track new business
- review endorsements and renewals
- address billing and payment questions
- retrieve carrier renewal reports
- remarket renewals as needed
- cross-sell to current accounts
- support claims, endorsements, cancellations, and mortgage changes
- submit claim reports to carriers on the day received.
