Bookkeeper — Multi-Entity Coffee Retail

The bookkeeper maintains financial records across two businesses, including high-volume store sales and property management activity. Accurate daily entries, reconciliations, and month-end support help leadership understand business performance and keep financial processes organized.

What you'll do

• Enter vendor bills, receipts, and payments with correct entity, store or property, and account coding
• match daily store sales to bank deposits and card settlements across 13 locations
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts weekly and at month-end
• prepare accounts payable and receivable aging reports and schedules
• assist with payroll entries and reconciliations
• collect 1099 data for the CPA
• maintain vendor records and organized digital files.

Why this role

Requires two to four or more years of full-charge or multi-entity bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks and Excel skills. Spanish is a plus; restaurant or retail bookkeeping experience is a bonus.
