What you'll do

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, installation, and operational issues
• assess customer and site requirements
• prepare layouts, technical drawings, and quotations
• guide customers, dealers, installers, clinicians, and end users through operation, repairs, and installations
• conduct product and installation training
• support demonstrations and evaluations
• perform inspections, repairs, warranty evaluations, and field assessments
• maintain service and certification records
• represent Etac at events
• travel approximately 30% overnight.
