What you'll do

• Generate new-business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals
• build relationships with facilities, procurement, property, and real estate decision-makers
• manage the sales cycle from discovery through close
• develop solutions and proposals with operations and estimating teams
• win new accounts and expand existing relationships
• maintain CRM pipeline, account plans, activity tracking, and forecasts
• and ensure customer handoffs support project delivery.
