• Maintain contact with project managers and engineers to define and complete fieldwork
• perform or learn field staking for land surveying, construction staking, and existing-conditions surveys
• understand how fieldwork relates to project design and scope
• communicate additional requests to the office
• resolve conflicts at survey sites
• assist with driving a survey truck to and from job sites.
