The Residential Counselor role is onsite in Danville, CA, at a six-bed teen residential treatment center. Pay is $21.00–$29.00 per hour, with a stated target starting rate of $24.00 per hour. Evolve Treatment Centers provides residential and outpatient treatment programs for adolescents ages 12–17 and their families. The counselor supervises and supports adolescents receiving residential treatment for mental health, substance-use, or behavioral concerns. The role contributes to a safe therapeutic community through daily support, group activities, crisis response, and accurate shift documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support and supervision
• build nurturing professional relationships
• monitor client behavior, activities, and safety
• participate in activities and facilitate psychoeducation and recreation groups
• perform crisis management and interventions as necessary
• document shift activities
• support mealtimes and daily living skills.
