Wedding and Event Floral Designer

The Wedding and Event Floral Designer position is onsite in Norcross, GA, with a part-time, event-based schedule. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The role supports A Divine Event Design Studio by Wedgewood Weddings, creating floral and event designs for weddings and special events across Atlanta-area venues. The designer helps produce floral pieces and prepare event installations according to approved designs, timelines, and production direction. The role contributes to polished, event-ready spaces through careful floral work, organized preparation, and coordination with the production and installation team.

What you'll do

• Create and assist with wedding and event floral designs according to recipes, design notes, timelines, and production direction
• produce floral pieces such as centerpieces, bud vases, ceremony florals, corsages, boutonnieres, accent arrangements, and bouquets
• maintain floral quality and presentation
• follow color palettes and design standards
• assist with venue installations and placement of floral and décor items
• support installation of arches, arbors, urns, equipment, and larger pieces under a lead’s direction
• help ensure event spaces are clean, polished, accurate, and photo-ready.
