The General Laborer / Grinder — First Shift role is onsite in Wellford, SC. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, based on experience. The role supports a growing metals processing team working with steel and aluminum products. The worker performs grinding and assists with machine and coil-processing operations in a production environment. The work contributes to finished material quality, safe operations, and timely preparation of products for shipment.

What you'll do

• Perform continuous metal grinding
• operate PLC-controlled equipment using push buttons and HMIs
• grind and polish steel and aluminum sheets, plates, and coils
• assist with slitting, buffing, polishing, and cut-to-length coil processing
• inspect materials using tape measures, calipers, and basic tools
• move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes, with training provided
• package finished materials for shipment
• maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow PPE and safety procedures.
