What you'll do

• Welcome and assist clients
• respond to requests and concerns
• explain studio retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• support daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance issues
• follow up with client lists to meet sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• and recognize client milestones.
