What you'll do

• Follow recipes and prepare meals for the menu cycle
• cook nutritionally adequate meals in institutional quantities according to resident census and diet type
• adjust quantities to prevent over- or underproduction
• serve meals on time
• maintain a clean, organized work area and food substitutes
• assist the Dietary Manager with inspections and state surveys
• follow infection-control policies.
