What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets
• verify applicant identities and documents
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• ensure forms are completed and submitted
• protect sensitive data
• answer applicant inquiries and address concerns
• maintain enrollment records and tracking spreadsheets
• attend local hiring events three to four times a month, with frequency varying by business needs.
