What you'll do

• assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• take and record vital signs as directed
• observe and report condition changes
• support residents’ comfort and safety
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• follow care plans, infection-control practices, and facility policies
• collaborate with nursing and care-team members.
